Aerial Hammock
(This course is taught in English)
Hammock is an aerial discipline requiring strength, core and flexibility work. A little easier than the aerial fabric and requiring less height, the hammock allows you to mix acrobatics and choreographies between ground and aerial.
In this class we will focus on fluidity from turn to turn and incorporate dance elements into short choreographies.
Hammock courses are organized into 3 levels depending on your experience and progress.
